Creating a Culinary Culture:

Communication is central to the creation of a dynamic food culture. To celebrate the nature of our national food-scape and our glorious culinary history, I wrote my 14th volume Anita Stewart's CANADA ~ The Food, The Recipes, The Stories©. It's a deeply personal exploration of the food ways of our land and was honoured as such with a Cuisine Canada Gold Award for Food Culture.  

On Saturday, July 31st, 2010 at 6 p.m. Canada will once again come to table for the 7th edition of Food Day Canada, The World's Longest BarbecueWith healthy appetites, we grill the best Canadian ingredients, quaffing the odd frosty beverage and then post our menus at the Anita Stewart's Flavours of Canada ™  Check 'em out...they're fabulous and absolutely all-Canadian ©
