Creating a Culinary Culture:
Communication is central to the creation of a dynamic food culture. To celebrate the nature of our national food-scape and our glorious culinary history, I wrote my 14th volume Anita Stewart's CANADA ~ The Food, The Recipes, The Stories©. It's a deeply personal exploration of the food ways of our land and was honoured as such with a Cuisine Canada Gold Award for Food Culture.
On Saturday, July 31st, 2010 at 6 p.m. Canada will once again come to table for the 7th edition of Food Day Canada, The World's Longest Barbecue™ With healthy appetites, we grill the best Canadian ingredients, quaffing the odd frosty beverage and then post our menus at the Anita Stewart's Flavours of Canada ™ Check 'em out...they're fabulous and absolutely all-Canadian ©
