Creating a Culinary Culture:

Communication is central to the creation of a dynamic food culture. To celebrate the nature of our national food-scape and our glorious culinary history, I wrote my 14th volume Anita Stewart's CANADA ~ The Food, The Recipes, The Stories©. It's a deeply personal exploration of the food ways of our land. To read about the book tour that was both exhilarating and exhasuting head to my blog.
